I. Personal Data

In general, users can visit the website odonatech.com without providing any personal information. In any case, users are under no obligation to provide information to Odonatech. However, if users choose not to provide information, they may not be able to access certain information or services.

To address specific requests, users may fill out three types of forms:

A. Form on Odonatech Applications for Contacting a Wealth Management Advisor: This form collects personal data such as name, surname, age, gender, number of people in the user's household, income including financial asset income, and responses to games.

B. Contact Form on the Website odonatech.com and place.odonatech.com: Odonatech may ask users to provide their names, surnames, and email addresses.

C. Account Creation Form on place.odonatech.com: Odonatech may request users to provide their names, surnames, email addresses, and company name to create an account.

By providing these various pieces of information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"), users expressly agree that they may be processed by Odonatech for the purposes outlined in section 2.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament on April 14, 2016, and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, Odonatech informs users of the following points:

1. Identity of the Data Controller

2. Purpose of the Processing
In the context of collecting information via the contact form, Odonatech may process users' personal information for:

Commercial prospecting purposes;
Compliance with legal obligations regarding data retention;
For information collected via the form on Odonatech applications, Odonatech may process users' personal information for:

Fulfillment of contractual obligations;
Creation of an investor profile for the user;
Users are informed that collected data will be used by Odonatech in automated decision-making processes to assist the wealth management advisor in creating an investor profile for the user.

For information collected via the account creation form, Odonatech may process users' personal information for:

Creating an account on the site;
Commercial prospecting purposes.

3. Recipients
The collected data will be communicated only to:
 

• Odonatech’s team;

• If applicable, the user’s wealth management advisor;

• Clevercloud (hosting provider);

This data will not be shared with third parties other than the above recipients. Odonatech does not sell users' personal information.

4. Retention Period
Personal information collected via the contact form and account creation form will be retained by Odonatech for commercial prospecting purposes for a period of two (2) years.

Information collected on applications will be retained and associated with the account of the wealth management advisor who requested the profiling. The advisor can modify or delete profiles and all collected data from their management interface.

In all cases, personal information is retained only for the duration necessary for the purposes of collection as stated above, which shall not exceed three (3) years if the user does not respond to any requests during this period or has ended their relationship with their wealth management advisor. After this period, the data will be deleted.

5. Rights to Access and Data Protection

Users have the following rights regarding their personal information, which they can exercise by writing to Odonatech at the addresses mentioned in section 1. For rights exercised in relation to information collected via the applications, users can also contact their wealth management advisor who has access to their data and can assist in modifying or deleting it.

5.1 Right of Access and Data Communication
Users have the right to access their personal information. However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in processing personal data that Odonatech must comply with, users are informed that their request will be processed subject to proof of identity, such as a valid ID. Odonatech reserves the right to oppose clearly abusive requests from users (due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature).

5.2 Right to Rectify Data
Under this right, users are entitled to request the rectification, update, locking, or deletion of data concerning them that may be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or outdated. Users can also set general and specific guidelines regarding the fate of personal data after their death. If applicable, heirs of a deceased person can request consideration of their relative’s death and/or necessary updates.

5.3 Right to Object
The exercise of this right is only possible in one of the following two situations:

When the exercise of this right is based on legitimate grounds; or
When the exercise of this right aims to prevent the data collected from being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

6. Response Time
Odonatech commits to responding to any request for access, rectification, opposition, or any additional information within a reasonable timeframe, which shall not exceed 1 month from the receipt of the user’s request.

7. Complaint to the Competent Authority
If users believe that Odonatech does not comply with its obligations regarding their personal information, they may file a complaint or request with the competent authority. In France, the competent authority is the CNIL.

II. Cookie Policy

Upon their first connection to the Odonatech website, users are notified by a banner at the bottom of their screen that information related to their navigation may be stored in files called "cookies." Odonatech's cookie policy helps to understand the measures Odonatech implements regarding navigation on its website. It informs users about all the cookies present on the website.

As the publisher of this website, Odonatech may place a cookie on the user's hard drive (computer, tablet, mobile, etc.) to ensure smooth and optimal navigation on our website, and to allow Odonatech to understand the usage and performance of its site and improve its functionality. The information collected through cookies does not allow users to be personally identified.
